Vīramitrodaya
Goddess whose vows (on Tṛtīyā and Caturthī) require distinctive, stricter tithi rules discussed at length.
This prohibition of even a slight conjunction with Dvitīyā, and the acceptance of a slight following Tṛtīyā, applies only to vows to Gaurī, according to the practice of the learned (*śiṣṭācāra*).
In vows to Gaurī, one conjoined with even a small amount of Dvitīyā is to be avoided;
Likewise, in a vow to Gaurī, even a Tṛtīyā conjoined with a Caturthī of less than three *muhūrtas* is to be accepted.
