    Having taken to heart the entire meaning declared by the sages Hārīta, Gobhila, Parāśara, Nārada, and others, the jewel among scholars, Mitra Miśra, at the behest of the glorious King Vīrasiṃha, composes the *Samayaprakāśa* (The Illumination of Time).
