Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇa
Daśaratha's minister and charioteer who relates Sanatkumāra's prophecy concerning the birth of sons through Ṛśyaśṛṅga.
Having heard this, the charioteer Sumantra addressed the king privately:
'And Ṛśyaśṛṅga as your son-in-law shall procure sons for you — this much has been declared by Sanatkumāra's account, as related by me.
