Manusmṛti
The absolute or ultimate reality attained through recitation and asceticism.
The single syllable (`Om`) is the supreme Brahma;
but the syllable (`Om`) should be known as imperishable, for it is Brahma and Prajāpati himself.
He who recites this daily for three years, unwearied, attains the supreme Brahma, becoming like air and having a form of ether.
Viṣṇu Smṛti
The highest cosmic/spiritual world or state, offered as the ultimate soteriological reward for righteous marriage-giving, celibacy, and devotion to the teacher.
/ > But through service to his teacher, he attains the world of Brahma.
He who gives a maiden in the Brāhma form of marriage leads her to the world of Brahma.
> A Brāhmaṇa who thus practices the vow of celibacy without laziness, / > He goes to the highest state and is not born here again.
