Cittaviśuddhiprakaraṇa
Ritual speech-formulas whose power the text credits with transforming ordinary substances and elements and with according supreme efficacy to the mantra-doctrine.
Abandoning every [other] doctrine, one should practice the mantra-doctrine, by the power of which mantra even the state of [supreme] bliss is accomplished.
