Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇa
The place from which Bharata rules as regent and where Rāma is finally reinstated.
Having received boons from the gods and raised up the monkeys, he mounted that Puṣpaka vessel and then went to Nandigrāma.
Bharata, his wish unfulfilled, touching the feet of Rāma's sandals, administered the kingdom from Nandigrāma, longing for Rāma's return.
At Nandigrāma, having laid aside his matted locks, the sinless Rāma together with his brothers, reunited with Sītā, recovered his kingdom.
