Atharvaveda (Paippalāda)
The collective All-gods, invoked for well-being and identified with the universe in the twelve-bowl offering.
He who would offer a twelve-bowl portion — he offers it as it were to all the Viśve Devāḥ.
Go forth, O All-gods, O Ādityas in unison — in front and behind, for our well-being.
By which the Viśve Devāḥ were purified, and Parameṣṭhin, and Prajāpati — may Pavamāna purify me with that thousand-streamed one.
