Destiny and the decree (qadar, qaḍāʼ), the residual cause that bars or grants success and that cannot be calculated, yet may never be pleaded as an excuse for neglect.
So when the conditions of boldness are complete in these four respects, nothing bars victory but the hindrances of destiny.
beware of neglect in affairs in reliance upon destiny, for every decree has a spoil toward which it runs;
