Kitāb al-Safīnah al-Nūḥīyah fī al-sakīnah al-rūḥīyah
The natural faculty that produces semen so that a new individual may replace the old, timed to operate when the father weakens and his death approaches rather than in childhood.
For the need for generation comes when the father is enfeebled and his term draws near, so that his child may stand in his stead;
