Adab al-wazīr
The Hour, the eschatological end, invoked once as imminent and once through a catalogue of its portents.
“The Hour has drawn near, and men only increase in greed for this world, while it only grows further from them.
“It is among the portents of the Hour when you see people who have put prayer to death and squandered the trust, made usury lawful, made light of blood and sold religion for the world;
Kitāb al-Zawrāʼ wa-al-taʻlīqāt ʻalayhi
The eschatological moment in which the preparednesses rise so that the very forms become means of unveiling and the promised wonders are witnessed.
The Hour has drawn near with its wonders, and we have witnessed some of the wonders promised in this age of ours;
and at the end of time the preparednesses (*istiʻdādāt*) rise so far that those very forms become the means for the disclosure of the realities.
For the morning has broken and the herald of the Real has called, ‘Come to salvation!
