The maiden's question (first set): how the monk crosses the floods
Ancient Asaṅga SanskritŚag_4.1
[The maiden's question-verse:] Dwelling in what manner does a monk, having crossed the five floods, cross here the sixth as well? Meditating in what manner does he become one who has crossed the vast craving for sensual pleasures, no longer in the grip of its harness?
Śag_4.2
With body tranquil and mind well liberated, constructing nothing, mindful and unshakeable—having understood the Dharma, meditating without [discursive] thought—he is freed from the faults of anger, longing, and torpor.
Śag_4.3
Dwelling in this manner, a monk, having crossed the five floods, crosses here the sixth as well; meditating in this manner he becomes one who has crossed the vast craving for sensual pleasures, no longer in the grip of its harness.
